  • Where are you located?

    Our offices are based in New York City, we don’t currently have a physical retail space however simply contact us to locate a stockist near you.

  • Why create an account?

    Creating an account with Noelly allows you to check on the status of your order, facilitates tracking and provides faster checkout on future orders. You will be prompted to create an account during the checkout process. Should you wish to forego this option, simply proceed through checkout using the Guest feature.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we currently offer international economy shipping* to various countries for $30 and are working on expanding our shipping destinations.

    *Due to varying processing times and border inspections, we are unable to estimate exact shipping times. Currently, average shipping times range from 7-15 business days. Customers are responsible for any associated duties and taxes that may apply upon delivery.

  • Do you ship to PO Boxes?

    Unfortunately, at this time our shipping provider does not offer package delivery to PO boxes.

  • How do I go about placing a custom order? (Sizing 10-14)

    Please contact us at with the style and color you would like to order. Additionally, please provide any measurements so we can begin crafting your custom Noelly.

  • Can I cancel or modify my order?

    We hate waiting for packages as much as you do, therefore we process orders as promptly as possible. Therefore, orders can’t be cancelled. We suggest you send us an email at right away so we can best inform you how to proceed.

  • How do I know my order was placed?

    All orders receive a confirmation number and receipt upon successful placement. Additionally, you should receive the order details and confirmation to the email provided immediately upon placing the order.

    A second email will be sent confirming that your order is shipped and on it’s way. Allowing you to track it straight from our offices to your closet.

  • How do I care for my leather mini?

    All Noelly products are crafted using unique and quality leathers. Leather is a natural material and when properly taken care of ages gracefully withstanding the test of time. Care instructions can be found on the care label of each product. Due to the nature of all leather goods, we recommend that care should be carried out by a leather specialist only. Avoid contact with solutions that may cause discoloration or deterioration to the leather such as water, grease, perfume and solvents.
